I was inspired from my life's work to develop this 10 week course after having worked with hundreds of people for nearly 20 years - helping each of them to get out of pain. In addition, I’ve gone through years of back pain and hip pain myself. I know what pain feels like and I know what it’s like to get yourself out of pain and STOP being hypervigilant about your movements. I know what it’s like to say yes to hikes, paddle boarding, snow skiing and not fearing that I’ll be injured for weeks after. I am passionate about helping people live their best lives and to move with ease.

What are the week to week details?

Here is what you can expect from the 10 week program:

  • We meet weekly for either online live SEMI-PRIVATE PILATES AND MOVEMENT EDUCATION CLASS., or a private session (depending on availability) We will break down exercises, learn your optimal body alignment, overall body strengthening including core and back strength, balance training, and also get a full body workout. 

  • You will receive a recording of the week's live class to practice during the week and you will be guided to practice several times a week.

  • You will maintain a health journal to help keep track of your progress, motivation and your thoughts as the weeks progress.

  • 2-3 instructional videos delivered weekly guiding you in: body alignment, breakdowns of strengthening exercises, and short anatomy lessons bringing a greater understanding to your home exercise routine. Each which build on the previous week.

  • You have the option to join in a private FaceBook group with just the participants fo the program. We use this platform to answer your important questions. I respond to whatever come sup with videos and tools - this makes this course dynamic and ever changing to the needs that may arise as you are learning what works best for you. 

As each week builds you will have access to all previous week’s videos and classes, giving you a number of options when it comes to your daily exercise time. There is a common sense progression as each week builds off of the last. And, I am there to guide you as you go!

Over the course of 10 weeks I will provide you with expert guidance to help you to develop a consistent, manageable, and potent routine for pain relief/management, gain strength, renewed vitality, and FINALLY take ownership of YOUR body and your future. You'll finish this course with personal tools to manage your pain for good, ensuring that you can do all the things you LOVE with greater EASE.
