INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Pilates strengthening is a complete mind/body workout in which 5 basic principles will guide you through an intense session that emphasizes breathing and body awareness. In order to understand these basic principles it is required to begin training with 3-5 individual sessions. Individual sessions are a great way to continue challenging oneself with a personalized workout and one on one attention.
PARTNER SESSIONS
Enjoy several of the benefits of an individual session with a friend for a reduced price! In these duet sessions you and a friend will workout together using all major equipment including the reformer, tower unit, stability chairs and all smaller mat apparatus.

GROUP REFORMER CLASSES
Experience a full body workout with the aid of spring resistance training. Classes are geared toward clients who have a basic understanding of the reformer from individual lessons and are looking to work hard in this intense hour of training.
GROUP MAT CLASSES
These core training class will increase your muscular endurance, flexibility, and energy level, while reducing pain and stiffness in muscles. In class, the use of arc barrels, fitness circles, flex bands, BOSUs and stability balls make for an exciting variation in class each week. If you have a history of back pain, please speak with the instructor about individual training to prepare you for group classes.
